Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept cancellations and returns

  • Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

  • Returns will be refunded at the cost of the merchandise minus the cost of shipping. Buyer pays for return shipping.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned​

 

If you have any concerns with your purchase, please contact me. I check my messages daily.

For Returned items:

  • Contact me prior to returning item.

  • Return item within 7 days of receiving.

  • Return item as you receive it in the "Same Condition." I personally inspect each and every item prior to shipping and seal in a protective plastic bag and/or bubble wrap. Please return in same protective packaging.

  • No RETURNS or REFUNDS for clothing that has been worn or damaged.

Shipping policies

  • All items listed in my store are ready for shipping. Packages are mailed to you within 2-3 business days of payment, excluding custom orders.

  • My shipping is free policy include postage and special packaging (if any). Multiple orders are combined to save on shipping costs. Shipping overages are charged through same payment method as your purchase. Signature confirmation at seller's discretion and at seller's expense.

  • Domestic packages are shipped USPS Priority or First Class (depending on the weight and distance).  All packages are shipped with Tracking Confirmation. Tracking numbers are forwarded to you.
