This sunny sunflower is made with petals of organza and satin fabrics which are raw-edge appliquéd and free-motion quilted.  The center of the flower is a quilt fabric that is also free-motion quilted.    The stem of the flower is a strand of yarn that is playfully anchored down with a zig-zag stitch.  The background quilt fabric is densely quilted as are the boarders that complement this piece.  My signature two colored binding adds the finishing touches of more color and dimension to this beautiful wall hanging.  You will be able to feel a warm summer breeze blowing when this sunny art piece brightens your home.  Hanging sleeve on the back for hanging.  Measures 8.25 x 10.5 inches
