These Cardinals are perched on berry covered branches over a patchwork foreground of red and cream patchwork blocks.  The cardinals are crafted with wool wings and face masks.  The wool berries are attached with a French knot in my own handy work.  The background around the birds is free motions quilted to mimic the wind whistling through the branches.  The patchwork area is quilted with straight-line quilting with both cream and red thread to continue the color palette.  The wall hanging is framed with my signature two color binding to compliment both color and dimension on this piece.  These stunning red cardinals on the rich cream background come alive with color.  A hanging sleeve is on the back. Measures 24 x 30 inches.
